Hello! So happy to have found this group, I have spent quite a while just reading through topics.

My name's Christina, I fell in love with Arabs when I was 12, got my first show horse when I was 15, did my fair share of shows, and now finally at 26 I have just started trying to build my own farm, which started with the recent purchase of a mare, Que.

She's a Focus Highlander daughter, and her dam is I Q out of Wisdom and Mor-Leah. She's my first big investment, and I'm proud. biggrin.gif

Anyway, Thanks for letting me join and I look forward to posting in the future!

Thanks for the welcome!

We live right outside of Orrick, Mo. Pretty darn close to the river, but fortunately we have great Levee protection so we're staying dry! It's a little soggy out here naturally, so we're having to do a few things to the pasture, like raise it a bit, so that it stays dry, and to add special dry lots just in case there's super wet weather activity.

Lately has been rough with all the rain and flooding, but we are fortunate to be above water!
