I'm selling my horse and I have already listed her here and on equine.com as well as creating a website and a youtube channel for her. I have also put up information in local stables and told horse friends about her. I'm considering putting a photo classified ad in Modern Arabian Horse, AHT or AHW.

What is your opinion? Is it worth it to buy the photo classified ad? Which magazine do you think would be most worth while? Are there other places I should list her? I've thought about dreamhorse, what are some other forms of advertisement that have worked for you?

DreamHorse.com has always been really good to me, I have bought and sold many on that site...

Some free classifieds w/ photo sites are: Horse.com, Horseville.com, stallionexpo.com, horseclicks.com, equinehits.com

If I were you, I would put a small classified ad in AHW as that is THE Arab magazine, on the other hand, Modern Arabian Horse goes out to all the members, that one is tough. Personally, I would go with a Premium Spot Light DreamHorse.com ad & a Text ad in all Arab Mags...

I would also recommend the equine website < www.horseofyourdreams.com > as another place to advertise your horse for sale.

In any text ad, you should include a reference to the numbers of the internet advertisements in those equine horse websites so that anybody who is interested can easily look at a photo of your horse.

Also, make sure that you put the very best photo of your horse, with your horse cleaned, groomed & nicely posed, in any internet website advertisement as a bad picture will drive away potential buyers. If you can't be bothered enough to present your horse properly then don't expect anybody to want to buy them.
