Dancers Traveler finished 6th. He hit the start gate on leaving and stumbled, just not his night. Dancers Traveler is a horse I have seen first hand, he is a quality individual and this is in no way indicative of his abilities. I am sure Billie will hit the winners circle many times more with this horses.

Thanks Jeff for posting the results and the nice things about Dancer...I think you are correct, he is a good horse.

He is still coughing sand this morning, one of the drawbacks of not being out front...eat my dust is not just a joke, in this case it was sand. Hope he decides he doesn't like the taste of sand! Also, hope he doesn't get a negative attitude about racing, from the sand he got blasted with in this race.

It was very dissapointing, but as I have said this is horseracing you never know what is going to happen.
The horse that won, Caitlyns Hot, is very fast...as in wow he is fast!! When Dancer gets more experience I hope he is as fast as Sam Vasquez's horse...Congratulations to Sam Vasquez!! Sam 's Filly, TM Marie Laveau, also won the first race, Texas Arabian Oaks...What a night for Sam!!!
Congratulations to Randi and Eric Moreau-Sipiere for Kryptonite CS runnuing second.

Dancer was picked third and probably would have won third if he had ran...he sort of cantered around the track!

No one really realizes how hard it is for those horses to clear the gates...
one thing goes wrong and it takes all the momentum out of the horse.

Glad Dancers is ok and I'm sure he will have many wins in his future!
