My status

Last year I bought my first Russian bred arab. He is by Princip* out of Perka (Menes*xParcha). He is a chesnut who was gelded at age 4 from the person I bought him from. I don't know much of his history, he is 6 now. I got him in VA, from someone who bought or got several Princip* offspring from someone else, maybe also in VA or NC.
He is magnificent and draws raves from others who know these lines. He has a forever home with me, but I don't show or compete, just trail ride.

Is it Princips Perk you have? I remember him from a few years ago, we looked at him as a young colt. Love his double Nabeg breeding! I'm sure you'll get years of enjoyment from him, would love to see how he's matured if you have any pictures to share!

BTW You may find both parents of your horse in Janow Database: Princip* and Perka smile.gif

Yes, it is Princips' Perk. Can you give me any information about his past? Like what state he was in, or how he came to be for sale.

I will try to post pictures next week. I'm not very familiar with this software.

Congrats...some very lovely breeding...would love to see pictures for reference especially since he is maternal brother to the mare arriving from Singing Hearts next month...she is a Moment daughter out of Perka!! and to top it off her company on the trip is a Princip son...joining the other Princip son already here!!

He was bred by a farm called Nokomis 3 Arabians in VA, they used to have a website but I believe they dispersed all their horses, which would have included your boy. I'm a little fuzzy on the details as it's been a few years, I'll see if I can find anything in old correspondence. They also had the *Moment son Last Moment who they bought from Morning Glory Arabians- one of the premiere Russian breeders of the 90's- and in addition to *Princip they bred to Immagin, who was also standing at Morning Glory at the time. We also looked at Last Moment when he was at Morning Glory, but had a young *Mag son picked out over him.
