Wishing all the Canadians travelling to Idaho best of luck at the Sporthorse Nationals! For those of us in Eastern Canada it is a very long trip.

We didn't travel very much this year (the longest trip was an hour from Aylmer Quebec to Kemptville) but my first purebred foal (now 5 ) ended the season as Eastern Ontario Reserve Champion Open Silver Dressage at Training Level ( all breeds) after winning her line classes at Tulip and the Starlit Sporthorse festival. A super debut season for Zaikalia, with many thanks to Gen Lavigne, Siri Ingebrigsten, Dan Huard and all the staff at Avantgarde Equestrian who made it all possible. Maybe, just maybe we will think about Kentucky next fall!

The Open Trillium (Silver) dressage results have now also been posted for Western Ontario and it looks as if the Reserve Champion Open Training Level in the West is also a purebred Arab, MSU Legacysonore. Congratulations! Hopefully we can all continue up the levels next year!
