Mabe this is a dumb questions but....... I am still going to ask! LOL

I would like to know and see what is "IN" for saddle seat this year, CEP and EP.

I am going to watch some shows around here, but since there really isnt many saddle seat riders in our area I may have trouble seeing what is in LOL

What girths are in? The white patent leather, brown leather or tri colored? Same question with head stalls.

And for my saddle seat outfit, I have a wool navy blue old equ outfit I used to wear in excellent condition, with bright colored vests that stand out for underneath my coat. I also have 3 gorgeous day coats but I know they arent in anymore So whats in for the riders outfit??

I guess my old equitation suit is perfect then, its navy blue ! Glad I kept it! I really hope day coats come back in I have 3 very nice ones!!

Another way I gauge what will be "In" for the season is the show pictures from Scottsdale. If you go to a photographers site like Stuart Vesty's, you can see the pictures from Scottsdale and all the new fashions.

I too have the most beautiful custom-made jade day coat that will probably never see the light of day again

Been wondering that myself - what was in. My daughter is only doing walk/trot, but still needs to dress the part for saddle seat. I also wonder - where do you find outfits that are not so very expensive for children. Such a crime when they don't wear them but a season.

Bits N Pieces, Show Season, Hat Lady, all have top of the line used stuff w/no signs of wear at all! beautiful stuff, most IS young girl's stuff!

Burgundy Oak- those pictures are great! My old Navy equitation suit seems like it will be perfect and I can wear my VERY color full vests and ties I have from my day coat suits underneath!!! So happy I dont have to buy a new suit, and lucky I havent grown since I was 17 LOL!!!!! Mabe day coats will come back one day, I am keeping mine just incase! We may get lucky LOL, mine was custome made too. What a waste LOL!!!

The bridle/girth sets still kind of confuse me, the pictures show so many different combos...... I guess its my choice then

Check eBay too, it is a great source for used and new horse items.
