As many of you know, the Arabian English Performance Association will hold the first ever $100,000.00 English Performance Futurity at the 2007 Scottsdale All Arabian Horse Show. This is a landmark development in the history of our breed. Never has a class paid this much prize money. In addition to the prize money, we will introduce an entirely new way to show and to to judge our English horses. This Futurity is truly breaking new ground. As you read on, think positively. It is time in our breed to open our eyes to the possibilities, not the distractions. As terrific as I think this Futurity is...this may only be the beginning.

The Arabian Reining Horse Association holds it's Futurity at Scottsdale - we are coming up to the third annual in 2007. The Half Arabian Reining Futurity will be worth $120,000 (up from $80,000 for the last two years), and the purebred Reining Futurity will be worth $80,000 (up from last years of $50,000). These amounts are guaranteed for a period of 10 years when the event will be self sustaining after that.

Glad to see that they English performance people are putting on thier Futurity at Scottsdale starting in 2007. Is this money guaranteed for any number of years? How is this amount sustaining?

Just wondering if anyone has heard yet when the stallion service auction starts? I included both my boys in it but I haven't heard anything about when the auction actually is being held and I can't find any info on the website about it.
