Well, it's official.... We closed on our house today!!!! I'm soooooo excited!! Hubby and I have finally accomplished one of our greatest dreams - to own our own home. It's a gorgeous house - I promise, pics will be posted shortly!!

It's a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house. It's HUGE!!! On a third acre, in a cul-de-sac in a brand new subdivision. I just can't believe it's real....amazing and scary all at the same time!!!

Anyways, had to share.
As for the horses...Rex is doing amazingly well for only a month in training, he's already got half a headset, doing leg yeilds and is finally figuring out how to move his hind end!! wooooohooo!!!

We dropped Phoenix off last nite before my lesson on Rex. She settled in fine and I can't wait to hear how she does in training.

Well, there's an update. I promise, pics of the house and the horses tonite...or tomorrow evening...

Woo hoo!!! Congratulations! We just closed on a townhouse the last day of Feb and I have to say, although the mortgage payment part is a bit scary (it's so BIG, LOL!), owning your own home is such a wonderful feeling.

Good for you!!! How exciting. I was hoping to be able to get out of our trailer into a new home built here on our property. But we needed a new tractor more than a new house apparently. Dang farmers! Always worried about putting the crop in instead of where they will eat, sleep and watch TV, lol.
