#30 needs to be benched for at LEAST a year. It is not wise in this economy to force folks who have paid a LOT of money for custom attire to go out this winter and buy new attire. Period. I agree that some of the stuff is over-the-top and downright ugly, but this is going to put a LOT LOT LOT of folks in the position to buy new clothes. Finances are getting REALLY tight even for those who we think have LOTS of money. Another question on this resolution is who is going to enforce it? Are the judges going to be put in the position of enforcement?

#29 is one I like MINUS the part about "high-headed." I find "high-headed" to be ambiguous and too open to individual opinion.

The sport horse split is also in there, but the cost is HUGE! I never knew. Considering the SHN show isn't making money, not sure this needs to be brought forth just yet. And I'm a big proponent. But it's time to tighten belts EVERYWHERE.

I'm eager to discuss these and more with folks at nationals. I'll be making my opinions known to my delegates.
