A friend of mine has a Bask Afire HA mare for sale, needs to pay for college and I told him I would ask on here ideaas of how best to market her and what the market is like for this kind of horse. 6yo, broke, had potential but has stood in the field due to the college thing! TIA!

Hi Beth!
The market is pretty soft for anything right now, BUT a good quality prospect shouldn't be hard to sell. Does your friend have any video? That will be KEY so that people will know if they even want to consider seeing the horse in person. Pricing is of course very important also. Being by Baske Afire will help at least get more people's attention. Get some video loaded on youtube and share. Gotta spread the word!

Place some pics and video on here. Where is the mare located? How big is she? Asking price? What's her dam line? You had said she's a HA, what cross is she? ETC... A good quality mare shouldn't be too hard to market. Just need to get the word out that she's available:)
