A wee bit about Fiona
I’m an Equine artist, and I specialize in the Arabian horse. I have been blessed to have observed and studied and painted Arabians for years. My favorite paintings to create are of the horse in motion. Tossing their heads, galloping, rearing, snorting and blowing, tails flagged and the wind whipping their manes.

RUN, BAMBI, RUN! I, too, have seen TONS of deer grazing in the ravines beside the hwy. I travel on to go to ponies. EVERY night, always 3-4, I almost wreck the bleepin truck when I see them, I get so excited! GADS they are so lovely to behold!

I was up at the Sand Lake refuge when I took these yesterday. I wanted to capture the migrating ducks and geese but they haven't come through yet so it was pretty bare. But, the deer were out and about like crazy. I bet I got 10 different deer on film but they move so fast only a few pix were sharp enough to share. Even my 14 year old son Alex was excited. He was driving so it was stop and go to take pix.
