Hawk's Flight Farm
Karin A. McMurtrie has owned and bred Arabian horses for 25 years. For much of that quarter century, her beloved horses were a respite from a challenging career in law enforcement and forensics. Seeing the worst of human nature makes one especially appreciate the heart and spirit and beauty of Arabians, brave companions of humans for millennia.

DAF Beausting is a 10 yr old registered purebred gelding. I have shown him in Country English Pleasure and Hunter. His registration number is 0577032 if you'd like to look him up on the datasource. He is bay and very upright. He and I competed in an endurance race a few years ago and placed in the top ten and it was our first (and only) 25 mile ride. I believe he placed 7th but placed 4th in best condition. He is a handsome boy in the show ring but would really excel in endurance. His sire is Aladdinns Sting who is an *Aladdinn son. I am asking 4500.00 for him. He is not well suited for a walk trot rider (by that I mean a child who is 10 or under). He has a lot of energy but does not get out of hand. He can be ridden in a plain snaffle. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being bombproof and 10 being insane) I would rate him at about a 6. He performs much better with a confident rider. He has been my primary riding horse for about 6 years now and has had a lot of saddle time. Im only considering selling him because I have a young horse to start under saddle and get his show career started and Im afraid I wont have enough time to give Beausting "Beau" enough attention. He is a very loving horse and it will be hard for me to part with him. I have done a lot of the Parelli games with him on the ground. He loves it. He's very very smart. He would make an awesome show hack mount. He also loves trail riding. He doesn't mind being the lead horse. I have used him to pony other horses/riders before without a problem. I think he is right at 15.0 hh. You can reach me at saddleseatbre@aim.com **Here are a few pictures of him** He is also a sweepstakes breeding entry. Price is negotiable.

I have only had one cup of coffee this morning so maybe I missed it, but...... I don't think his location is listed.

Sorry, No money for a horse but I do read the classifieds anyway.

It may help if people know where the horse is located.

Good luck.
