My Horse Cam
In five short years, horse owner Marty Kaczmarek has taken an idea and turned it into one of the most innovative products available to the equine community today. 'My Horse Cam' was born of his desire to monitor his horses via live video when he could not physically be present. The logistics of doing this provoked a wealth of knowledge and a desire to improve on a concept then currently in use.

My status

How would we add a topic for Clubs? base it on Regions? of just let it happen? We are Region 14...

Also if your Club or Organizations needs a place to host a fundraiser let us know!!! we would be happy to give you space!!!!

I would say either base it on Regions or just let it happen. Although something like Eastern US and Western US would cut down on the number of individual sections and then a club or region could have a thread within that section.

Just wanted to make you aware of the fact that there are a couple of clubs that are NOT land based. I am a member of the Guardian Arabian Horse eClub which is an internet based club. We are technically Region 8 as that Region was kind enough to sponsor us so we could become a full fledged AHA club. However, the club itself exists on the Internet with its own website and holds meetings in a private chatroom. So if you set up sections for the various clubs, please include a section for the ones on the Internet also. There is another Internet based club as well called Insallah.

um, silly question, but what about clubs that aren't specific to Arabians but that may be open to some 1/2 Arabians, like Appaloosa clubs/associations? biggrin.gif

We have a site http://www.appohio.com but, like most small clubs, we're always trying to come up with fundraisers. But it is an App club, not Arabs. blush.gif

Would like to introduce all those who visit this site to The Zone One Arabian Horse Club. It is generally serving those who live in SW Ontario centred in London region. It is a part of AHAEC but is totally governed by its own bylaws and and a board of directors.
Its main function is to be a grassroots club for new Arabian Horse owners or potential owners. It tries to promote the Arabian Breed at local fairs and the Annual CANAM EQUINE EMPORIUM held in London in March of each year.
The club has 5 club shows for those who wish to do that and these shows are currently open to all breeds.

Dean, why couldn't the clubs go to the forum you have for their region. For instance for my club we could just start a thread in Region 17.
