For those of you who are considering getting into the racing scene, let's see some early pics of the competition! Post lots of pics, description of why you think he/she is a potential runner, plans on when you wish to start training and with whom, etc. biggrin.gif

2007 filly by Ontario HF and out of Phyllan by *Bancock.

Ontario was recently exported to Poland, Darley 4 Year Old Horse of the Year, and ARC Sprint Champion. This is one of his first foals. The filly's dam has already produced a race winner and numerous halter champ, our farm sire.

She will most likely run in Colorado off the farm. I train our farm's horses.

We were hoping for type that can run in the Polish tradition!

There are a few more on our webpage, under "New Foals" and "What is New?". They are different than what I posted. She is substantial, but nice type, good shape to the neck and pole. We will see, she certainly has other options other than the track, but this is the first "race sire" per say that we have bred to. Ontario's dam was a halter champ in addition to being a stakes winner, so we wanted a little more than just fast.

Hello everyone. This is my very first post on this forum. I thought I'd get right to the point and introduce everyone to NN Psymin Azferdron. He is 15 months old now. He is by a Padrons Psyche son and out of my Azraff grandaughter. He has been very successful in both regular halter and Sport Horse in hand. I plan to race him when he comes of age and is proving ready.

I live just north of Houston, TX and have already had the great pleasure of befriending Dan Woods. What a great and supportive guy!

Here are a couple photos of my colt. Enjoy!

I am new to this, I recently purchased a Tomanchie daughter out of SW Lady Gatlin. She was in foal at the time and has given us a beautiful bay filly by CDS Star Flash. The filly is very promising, but I am not that knowledgeable in the area of racing Arabians. (As I have only had show/pleasure Arabs.) Like so many, my dream has been to race an Arabian of my own.

Here is her pedigree link http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/lra+star+of+gatlin

Pics are soon to follow.

Thank you. biggrin.gif

Okay, I'll jump on this bandwagon! I have been planning on racing my 2005 filly All That Jazz BP since she was just a few months old. She is sired by A Sentry (AA-Milord x Ahlilt by Fortunne) and out of AH Ambrozja (El Paso x Amaya by Bandos). The reason I feel that this filly is a prospect is that she is very competative in the pasture when running with the other horses, but she'll bide her time at the back of the herd until just the right time, then she pours on the steam and shoots to the front of the pack! It's incredible to watch her, it's like she already knows what to do! She loves to run, and she is very fast, not to mention that by the description in "The Backyard Racehorse," she is built like a prospect as well! Here are a few pictures I took of her about a month ago.

welcome, natalie! texasgal and I just recently got back from the farm of dan and everetta woods and they are, indeed, superb folks! I was picking up my ex-race horse mare - an *Origan dtr. named HF Geneva. We bred her to the woods' race stallion, Aransas HF (Samtyr X *Arra). I will likely be trying to take one more of my mares up to Aransas fairly soon, too. I just got another ex-race mare, ES Dakota (*Algorab X Brusally Zbrenua - *Zbrucz X *Genua). She has produced three successful race offspring. Although I am not breeding specifically for racing, I find most of the PP Arabians that I like best are from the tried and proven lines of Poland's best racing produce. Matter of fact, all but my PP colt are specifically race bred. I think that translates into athletes, and for my interests, hopefully working western athletes. We shall see. Great to have you here and hope we can meet (possibly at dan's in a couple months' time, if that all works out) and visit about our ponies. I live roughly 75 mi. SE of DFW, here in TX.CycloneP.S. IF you wish, you can view my other racebreds in the member's gallery under Beannacht Arabian Ranch. Cyclone
