MarRoy International has been 33 years in the making . Barb Walker's love of horses started when she was 5years old, living in Poland and spending vacations at her grandpa's farm . From a very young age her grand pa instilled in her love and respect for all animals and by letting then 5year old Barb help with the care of the old work mare, he sparked a fire of passion that would burn forever. That passion is for horses. In 1978 Barb and her mom moved from Poland to Canada where she started to ride first western then english, taking riding lessons since she was 11 years old . That's when the love became a concious passion for everything equine and the dream of one day owning a horse came to light. Having none horsey parents, made it almost impossible for the dream to take flight but better late then never . Fast forward 33 years and the dream is slowly coming true . bigemo_harabe_net-113.gif

]THE MOTTO:
To breed beautiful, athletic, well tempered Arabian and Anglo Arabian Sport Horses.

MarRoy International Arabian Stud farm was established in 2006
with a fortunate purchase of Ali el Sarritta ( Ali el Din ( Full brother to *Ali Jamaal) x Tonni by LBA LodeStar ( Fame VF). Thanks Matt Bergen for breeding her and thanks Joanne Ogden for your patience and the opportunity to own her and her up coming *Nefison baby.

Sarri as she is known came with a breeding to *Nefison( *Mag x *Nefisa by *Salon),A beautiful old Russian stallion, but due to Sarri's impatience to become a mother, the situation turned into an unexpected early (/late) pregnancy. I'm so pleased although we hoped for a spring of 2007 baby not a fall of 2006 baby. The mare had other ideas... God Bless the Broodmares.

Any ways I am looking forward to meeting Sarri and her baby

They will stay with Joanne Ogden until next spring. I know they're both in very capable hands...
My gratitude knows no bounds
The goal is To have horses of our breeding involved in therapeutic riding, endurance riding, paralympics and also in improving the warmblood breeding in North America

Dream Big and It is sure to Happen

What we look for in our horses:
1) Conformation
2) Temperament
3) Type
4) Movement

Wonderful story! You've led an interesting life, beginning in Poland, did you ever visit the Polish State Stud Farms?

Post photos!!!!! I would love to see your horses. Lodestar has lived right up the road from where Stripes was in training and I got a chance to see him this last April. Very handsome boy and his babies are amazing!

Congrats on your new baby, wow what a surprise!

Cheers,
Tamara

believe it or not

because of economical situation then in Poland plus the fact that I wasn't really aware of my true passion for horses andbecause of not having the knowledge of arabian horses...
I have never visited them while living in Poland. I became aware of polish arabians after my dad send me a book about arabian horses in poland in 1985 but because of financial constraints on my dad i wasn't able to visit the stud farms.

About the khemo daughter and granddaughter I'd rather not say anything until she's paid for and safely home

By the way Tam there is 2 more stallions that I want to add to the mix. They are Equifor and GG Wild Card( Magnum Psyche) . I'm looking for mates that are not main stream for example I don't want to breed her to MP ( even if I could afford it) cause I feel that he is over exposed and the foals eventually will loose value cause there'll be to many of them flooding the market. If i breed to get some MP blood it will be to his sons GG Wild Card , or GG Atlantis .. Equifor just fascinates me and I would love to see what he sires with Sarri. her grandma when bred to polish stallion Sol Debut and gave Matt Sol Kat so i know She'd most likely cross well with Polish Bloodlines... especially since Equifor is the son of Gazal Al Shaqab.

it would add an extra cross to Ruminaja Ali through Anaza el Farid with added bloodlines of Kajora and the mare Equina ( PALAS).. ahhhhh drreams

AM Michael Love is my all time fave stallion and that's why i want to breed to him he's great sport horse type stallion and dreamazon and *Seffer up close will most likely add pretty as well as function.

Never Again: Once again I love his bloodlines he's related to Legacy of Goldand is by a *Bask son Fire Chief and out of Zihala by El Hilal)

As for Rushan and Antham: Gari approached me about breeding Sarri to one or the other I like them both so most likely they will also be bred to her and we'll see which sires the best foals out of her . their bloodlines will add some wonderful bloodlines including the Maxwell bred Maleik el Kheil (*El Shaklan ). Rushan Is double el shaklan breed stallion by Rusleem who has sired some really nice offspring in europe . and Antham adds the blood of Wayne Newtons's WN Shaharazede ( Anthams Dam) to the mix . both are so pretty and *Rushan was a supreme british national champion at 3 yrs of age and Antham is a great looking sport horse type stallion as well .

As you can see none of these stallions are over exposed in North America and that's why I have chosen these stallions.. only time will tell my wisdom.. Have I bored you yet lol

thanks Heidi...me too LOL.... plans are one thing we'll see what comes of them in the near future.. right now I need to pay her off and bring her home and make sure she's preggers by *Nef get her registered although that won't be a problem and CAHR has amnesty on registering adult horses til end of march so it won't cost me an arm and a leg.. as you know we're now aiming for a spring 2008 foal like originally planned LOL ... MARES >>> what can I say
Hugs to all our friends >>. BARB and SARRI

Well Barb, movin' up in the world of cyber space! How is it up here? LOL bigemo_harabe_net-117.gif
Once again nice choices of stallions. But I have to ask, what are you breeding for? I know, you said earlier Beautiful Sport Horses, yada yada yada, but some of these choices may not give you superior athletic ability. JMO, not being critical at all. AM Michael Love is an outstanding choice. Saw some of his babies at SHN this year. Just fell in love with a 2 yr. gelding by him Al-Marah So Noble. Very athletic, big and flashy. Everything I love! Not sure about the MP lines for SH. I know I'm the pot calling the kettle black here being that my dressage horse is by PP, but you can't expect your mare to add all of the athletic ability. Most of these guys are Western. Same with Rushan, lovely horse, and he doesn't have that many babies on the ground, but the ones I've seen will make lovely Western horses. Look at Antham, he's in one of the Premier SH Barns in the country and Jennifer is riding him Western.

Since you know your mare will more than likely cross well with Polish lines, maybe take a look at Concensus? His babies are extremely athletic. I know Shilo is trying to support the SH venue, so I think she's offering a different stud fee for SH breeders. Also Ecaho. Many SH breeders are using him and since you like Palas double bonus.
I really like Padrons Mahogany & Jumpin' Jak Flash as well. Just something to think about. Stallion shopping is always soooo much fun! I wish I could breed mutiple babies each year, but that would be a full time job without the pay! So here we are breeding 1 at a time.

Although after its all said and done, I think AM Michael Love is a superior choice!

Cheers,
Tamara
