This is my Sabino purebred colt Fonzi..aka PIZZAZZZ fsi. He is a loud, and I mean loud (2 belly spots, lightning splashes up the hind legs and underneath him, and over the knee in the front)sabino dark liver chestnut with mane and tail coming in flaxen.

He will be a big boy, and from what our dressage trainer just told me, will make a great sporthorse, especially dressage or hunter. He is level on top and will halter, and quiet enough to be like his dam and go western too!

His dam is a beautiful dark liver chestnut sabino who is a seasoned trail horse, has also worked cattle, and ridden in Shriner's parades with all the bells and whistles going off! You can jump on her bareback and she just goes, quiet and sweet natured, she's not only western, but hunter too!

Both of these horses are for sale and new pics will be listed on the for sale site as soon as I get better ones done.

OOOH I like him...too bad he's not a filly, that's just what I want in a filly or mare.

Here's my 2yo colt, Psynco de Mayo DCA

And here's his future girlfriend, LA Peppermint Patti

You can't really see them in this picture too well, but she has the Sabino Shadowing around some of her areas and is now about twice this size. Brenda, If you're reading, I cannot believe how fast this girl is growing!!! And I don't overfeed or over rich feed her either. She gets prettier and sweeter everyday.

biggrin.gif thanks, he's just been weaned, we had to do it cold turkey...put him on a trailer without momma bigemo_harabe_net-102.gif
He whinnied once, then started to eat his hay, and for the rest of the trip he just took it all in his stride! He's such a good boy! He's all tucked up at his new location, has a pony for company. He will go into halter training in the spring, so for now he's just wintering it out at the farm.

Here's a couple of pics off the video, sorry about the quality, but at least you can see what a nice mover he is. His mane is definitely blonde now! Can't wait for him to get more of it in so I can get more pics...he's such a cutie!

His daddy is INFINITI Z (Eternety x GG Jabask grdtr) dam is MOLLY DARLING (Tobyne Bronze x Three-B Rasheik out of a Haj-Amin daughter) good bloodlines, and many, many crosses to Mesouad, Rose of Sharon, Queen of Sheba, etc. He will also be approx 15.2H, he's a big colt.

He's absolutely gorgeous. I hope I'm lucky enough to find a filly with all that chrome and as cute as he is.

have you tried David Ward, he is a CMK breeder in BC, and he has a lot of lovely chestnut sabinos for sale right now. Couple of fillies I looked at would fit your description of what you are looking for? Check out Mahal Anna, here's the link. She's for sale, but I don't know the price! Good luck.

She's very cute. Unfortunately, I lost my colt whose picture I posted above and I'm not going to be buying anything soon. He got bitten by a rattlesnake about a week after I first posted.

I never had the problem with snakes in OK that I have had out here in AZ. I've killed several Mojave Green rattlers and believe that's what got Arnie. I don't know if you have those in TX but be on the lookout for other rattlers and cottonmouths if they have those in TX.

'Course I didn't have the problem with Gila Monsters, Colorado River Toads and with the friggin Cactii that we have here in AZ too. I'll take OK any day.

Thanks for your kind thoughts,
Pat
