bigemo_harabe_net-109.gif

Hi there. Just joined this forum today and wanted to introduce myself. I don't quite have a farm yet. We will hopefully be able to get that going as soon as we can find a place of our own. I currently own 5 horses. I have a 26 year old Arab gelding, a 24 year old Arab mare, a 17 year old TB gelding, a 4 year old SE gelding and my newest edition...... a two year old SE stud colt. I plan on breeding him. His name is KRH Shakar and he's out of Ansata Shukri and Mountain Fyre. He's chestnut and already pretty tall but have not measured him. This is a picture of him taken in October. I'll post pic of my others maybe tomorrow. Just wanted to show him off since he's the beginning of my breeding program.

This is Star....my 24 year old

Here is KRH Kaszmir.....he's 4

This is actually my mom's horse, Jake playing with Deuce. Jake is 17. He's the TB

Here's my old man. This is Deuce and he's 26

Anyway, just wanted to say hi. I'll be seeing y'all on here more, I'm sure.

Thanks for the welcome. Thanks for the compliments on my old ones. I think they look pretty good. They are both still very rideable. Neither one show signs of their age in moving. I think they'll be better off down here in the south. We just moved from Colorado in November.

Welcome!! I'm in GA too!! I'm in Kennesaw, just north of Atlanta - where are you located? Great to hear more Arabian Lovers are moving to this state!! There's not a ton of us, but we sure can represent! I have two SE Arabians, a mare and a gelding. No farm yet either, but we board at a great place.

Welcome again and hope you enjoy this site - I love it!!

Great....someone else from Georgia. I'm hoping to meet up with people that are close to me. I live over near the Mall of Georgia in Sugar Hill. I don't think we are all that far apart. We'll be property hunting hopefully soon. We are waiting for our house in Colorado to sell first. I wish it would hurry up. It's been on the market 6 months and still nothing. I'm boarding my horses too. I have 4 in Winder and the stud colt is south of Atlanta in Brooks. They are too far away from me.
