A wee bit about Fiona
I’m an Equine artist, and I specialize in the Arabian horse. I have been blessed to have observed and studied and painted Arabians for years. My favorite paintings to create are of the horse in motion. Tossing their heads, galloping, rearing, snorting and blowing, tails flagged and the wind whipping their manes.

Democratic Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear signed an executive order July 3 reorganizing and renaming the Kentucky Horse Racing Authority (KHRA), which is now the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission (KHRC). Several of the "new" members already had been appointed...
