I hope I am not repeating something that has been on here before, but was wondering if anyone else had seen this. Sounds like more of big brother. While I believe that people should have emergency plans, I don't think we need government licensing and regulating us.
"Businesses and organizations that buy and/or sell warm-blooded animals, exhibit them to the public, transport animals commercially, or use animals in experiments or as teaching tools must be licensed or registered by the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS). Businesses or organizations that grow, buy, or sell animals for food and fiber, and those that use fish and other cold-blooded animals are exempt by law."
http://www.regulations.gov/fdmspublic/comp...9000064807741e5 from this link you can go to places to read the changes to the laws and other public comments. Folks affected can explain their arguements for or against these changes.
